Thanks to the generosity of local people and our congregation we have been able to fund major projects to repair, maintain and improve the fabric of our much loved Victorian church. This includes its most important stained glass windows, bell tower and organ, as well as creating a new social space and disabled access WC.
As with all old buildings, there is more to be done so The Friends of Christ Church, Eaton was launched on Sunday 28 January 2018.
Please visit here if you would like to find out more about joining the Friends of Christ Church, Eaton.

We are very grateful to our Patrons, Rachel Hore, Mark Jeffries, David Taylor and David Walker for their support.
Current Project
Our 2026 project is the installation of a new glass inner door at the main entrance to the church at the West End. This work is needed because, despite extensive remedial work, the existing door fittings are a compromise between the strength of a newly installed closer and the degree of warp which has occurred within the doorframe. The choice of this project follows visits by our church architect and churchwardens to several local churches to explore the best solution for Christ Church. The new glass inner door will deliver a solution which is both visually attractive and draught excluding. More details
