Young Peoples' Activities

Sunday School and Youth Group
In school term, a Sunday School for 3 - 11 yr olds meets in rooms in Christ Church during the service, joining the adults for communion. Parents can go in with their children if they would like. There is also a Youth Group for 11-14 yr olds that meets twice a term.

Tots' Teatime Church
This is a relaxed, informal service for the under-fives with a Bible story, craft, music and refreshments. It meets at 3.30pm at Christ Church on the second Sunday of the month (except December).

Babies and toddlers
Toddlers for carers, parents or grandparents with babies or pre-school children meets in St Andrew's Church Hall on Tuesdays during school term time from 10-11.30 am.

Musical Activities
Young People and teenagers are welcome in the choir. Treble choristers (from 7 years) rehearse on Friday evenings at 7pm in Christ Church. Christ Church Music Group welcomes children and teenagers who play a musical instrument. The music group plays at Mothering Sunday and Harvest Festival Services. Please visit the Music page for more information.
